All orders are processed manually, which means NO credit card is charged until a customer service representative has reviewed you order and has added the shipping amount to be charged.

You will receive a confirmation that Windows101 has received payment via email. Shipping charged will be shown at that time. You may also receive tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Windows101 accepts returns of non-special order items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to re-stocking fees of up to 30% of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refund credits will be applied to the credit card the item was purchased upon receipt of the item.
1. To return an item for a refund or exchange call Windows101 at 800-494-6101.
2. Upon approval from a customer service representative, enclose all order information (Name, Phone number, Order Number, etc.) with the item to be returned.
3. Mail the item. You will be responsible for the item until it is received by Windows101. It may be advised to add insurance in the event the package is lost or damaged.
Most orders are shipped from Windows101. Some items may be shipped from the manufacturer or distributor.
All items are shipped FOB from the point of departure. That means the purchaser is responsible for the product from the point receipt by the courier to the point of delivery. If you have concerns regarding damage or loss, please request insurance as needed. Packages are not insurable for theft. If you suspect a package left at your door is in danger of theft, request a signature required for delivery. Windows101 reserves the right to add insurance and service fees to the shipping amount charged at its discretion.
Orders may be shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service.
Shipping fees are determined by weight, distance, number of boxes and size.
Shipping fees are added manually after a customer service representative has calculated the cost for shipping. Do not expect to see a shipping amount added to your order until you receive either a payment confirmation email or a shipping cost email.
